Cant set OFI_DOCSTAT = 0

Hey people !

Im working with infocube FIAR Line item (0FIAR_C03) and creating the Executive Cockpit Overdue Analysis query. According to the manual i have to select the 0FI_DOCSTAT and set it = 0.

I cant find the value 0 in the "New Selection" under Item Status. The only value i have is "#". Have anyone of you an explanation to this? Or can help me out?

I think u are trying to place a filter on document status(or is it item status) as = 0.

When we try add a filter,I think the system gets the list of possible values from the master data of that characteristic.

First load the master data for 0FI_DOCSTAT from the source system,and activate the master data.

Then try to add a filter and u will most probably see a longer list of possible values(not just #).

I cant find the infoObject Key Figure 1KYFNM.

You know where to find this and activate it?

Thank you Dinesh, but it still didnt solve my problem.

help.sap.com says "Select the InfoObject key figure (1KYFNM) if you want to restrict the authorization to a single key figure."

But when selecting the InfoObject, I cant find 1KYFNM in the list.
