Error in RWB

Hi Experts

1)i am facing some probelm with the RWB. when i log into it and click on Componnet Monitoring and click on display i am getting the following error"Error during communication with System Landscape Directory: User credentials are invalid or user is denied access".

2) In Adapter engine, should all the Adapters be in Green colour for being sucessful installed???

Hi,

This problem because of you dont have proper authorization to view Component monitoring

or

check PIRWBUSER user blocked,if it is blocked then you face same prob.
