to change data server status

Hello Experts,

How can i change the data server status to "Running" from "stopped".?

What are the resons for data server getting to stopped status?

Hi,

Check you have made correct server configuraions like username, pwd, IP address,Database Name etc.

Let me know what server you are trying to configure like SQL,Oracle,historian etc.

I have checked the configuration ..

The database is Oracle.

The details which I have given in configuration are :

JDBC driver : Oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver

Deployed jar is : OJDBC14.jar

server url : jdbc:oracle:thin:@<IP>:1521:<Instance>

Hi,

Can you post the error messages you are geeting in the logs.

Also go through the below similar threads and may help you fix the problems.

The log says "Severity: error

Hi,

Let me confirm me that you are having the below server package in your data server configuration details

com.sap.xmii.Illuminator.connectors.IDBC for 12.0 and above.
