SRM Portal screen -Error

H i,

I a m getting the following error in the SRM portal screen.

The following is the my URL link

*http://orange.dht.com:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart?sap-client=001*

The page cannot be displayed. Error displayed as below in browser.

Please try the following:

Click the Refresh button, or try again later.

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

To check your connection settings, click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings. The settings should match those provided by your local area network (LAN) administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

See if your Internet connection settings are being detected. You can set Microsoft Windows to examine your network and automatically discover network connection settings (if your network administrator has enabled this setting).

Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.

On the Connections tab, click LAN Settings.

Select Automatically detect settings, and then click OK.

Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed.

If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.

Click the Back button to try another link.

this should be portal issue.

Hi,

We are working on SRM 5.0 .It is a new server.

Whether we have to publish all the templates if so how to go about it?

I know the T.code : SE 80 then what are the steps to be done to publish the template

My questions to understand the issue:

Are you using SRM5.0 with EP? Has the portal content for SRM 5.0 been deployed prpoerly on EP?

Hi,

I have published all the templates again .when i clik on shop

the page cannot be displayed error is coming.

I am using SRM 5.0 . We are not using EP

When i click some nodes the SRM server details are displayed but the browser details are not displayed

What could be root cause.

Hi

I think you are using IE7. For Internet Explorer 7.0 support, at least SRM 5.0 SP07 (based on NetWeaver 2004S SP10) is required. Just check that, and try to change the security level of IE7 to default.

Check also by downgrading to IE6.

Hi,

We are using IE 6 .

Whether any config setting i have not done..

I have published all the templates using T.code:SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INT

when i click on any nodes in the Shop basket for creating --An error PAGAE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED is appearing
