Unable to find a value for depreciation on license determation

We have a consignment fill-up order (at no value) and when it comes to GTS we manually assign an IVL license and input a value to be use for license decremation. We manually assign using change indictor A1 - manually assigned, cannot be changed by the system. The issue is that when we "touch" the sales order in the ECC side the Customs document in GTS goes on block again for license master issues saying "Unable to find a value for depreciation"

I have checked and the IVL license does have a max value (/SAPSLL/VALMX) populated.

We did recently update from 7.1 support pack 16 up to support pack 20.

Any thoughts?

hi all,

how do we exclude 'KE' consignment issue sales order from license decrement since we already decrement the license in the first KB consignment fill-up sales order in GTS.

thank you

I think this is a security issue. Have your RFC user assign this role - GTS_LMGM (Authorization for Legal Regulation / License Type). So any change done with docs on R/3 Side would replicate the change of License Value so on and so forth.

Hai,

check to see if you have proper detereminiation strategy set for the license assignment meaning you have a entry for the given legal reg/country/lic type/ export control.

if this is missing then system will not be able to redetermine

cheers

hi Vicky,

So the fill-up order has 0 value? If so, GTS cant find the value in the document to be depreciated from the value in the license. Maybe you have to create another IVL license type, without value depreciation for the order types with 0 value.
