JCOProxy Error

Former Member

Hello friends,

when I try to test a SAP JCO Function Action Block -> Object Configuration -> Get List, I receive this message: "JCOProxy Error: Password logon no longer possible -too many failed attempts"

What can I do?

Thanks for your prompt answer.

Its possible that the user account credentials you are passing to the SAP ERP system are wrong. Go to SAP Server Editor in the Data Services section and check the username and password you have given. Also, make sure to have the SAP account unlocked.

Chanti, thank you for your answer, I've checked to be sure that the user and password is ok; but the message persists.

Hi,

Try to clear the JCO Cache. You can do this by running the any of the below URLs:

http://localhost/XMII/JCOProxy?Mode=Reset

http://<SERVER>:<PORT>/XMII/JCOProxy?Mode=Reset

Your user account appears to be locked on the R/3 side - you need to have a basis or security person reset the password or simply unlock the account.
