-4 communication error

Hi,

We run IDES ERP 2004 on MaxDB 7.5 (Windows 2003 Operating System). In the past everything was OK. Now when we try to connect and startup the database we get the error: -4 communication error.

Hi Aleksandar,

can you connect locally to the DB instance using dbmcli, i.e.:

dbmcli -d <DBNAME> -u <DBM-user>,<pw> db_state

Which exact 7.5 version are you using (please include the Build-nr.)?
