Integration of SD and QI

Hi everybody,

Can anyone guide me about the business flows, customization and configuration setting for QI and SD integration.

Based on Client requirement, if the goods has to be inspected before issuing goods to the Customer (Mov type:601) or at the time Customer rejection ( Mov Type: 651),

then these mov types should be activated in QM configuration & respective inspection types has to be assigned in material Master - Quality Management tab.

QM- Master data has to maintain such as,

Inspection Plan - QP01

Inspection characterists & catelog should be assigned to the inspection Plan.

Sampling procedure should be maintained in QM Config. ( I am not providing exact IMG steps for QM) , but its SD-QM integration points.

Inspection type should be assigned to respective delivery type in IMG

In Sales return process:

Return Sales Order(VA01) - Inbound delivery Creation(VL01N) - Automatic Inspection lot(QA03) - Usage decision ( Results recording)()QA32) - PGR (Vl02n) - Invoice ( wrt: Sales Order-VF01)
