Support Desk Message Authorization

Hi,

I have an authorization issue for message processing.

Scenario: I have 3 levels(L1,L2 &L3) of Support teams. Suppose the L1 processor is processing one message & he changes the status to 'Solution Proposed'. Now the that messaged has to be confirmed by the same processor. But in system it allows to changes the status from L1 & L3 also.

Pls suggest how to make the authorization processor specific.

Hello PK,

You have to define in your status profile Auth. Codes.

For every level which will work on the messages create another Auth. Code and so define which statuses can be

changed only by people in a particular level.

Use in your pfcg roles this Auth. codes in auth. Obj. B_USERSTAT.
