How to access SAP Oracle Database from another database

Hi,

Is it possible to directly access my Oracle SAP Database? We are using SAP ECC6 for the FICO modules on Oracle 10 platform.

We intend to access a custom Oracle table from another Oracle database. But I've no idea what is best way?

To create Interface with SAP Business Object Repository (BOR) Oracle provides Adapter for SAP.
