Regd-System Administration issue

Hi Gurus,

I have configured Central System Administration in Solution Manager and the "Open tasks" are available. If i click on the open tasks, it takes me to the configuration screen and from there if i click on ex: "Start DB12", actually it should take to the respective satellite system. But in my case, it is not taking to the satellite system. Trusted RFC is working fine for all satellite systems.

Could you please let me know what could be the reason for this issue.

I forgot to mention one thing. I got this message once when i try to call SMICM. "Call of SMICM is not possible: Function module "/SDF/GEN_FUNCS_EXT_CALL" not found."
