Hi,
I configured PO output to be generated when running this report, so for all the vendors with email, it is working fine, means, the PO out put is generated and emailed to vendors when the job is run.
But, for the vendors with FAX, the PO output is not getting generated whenever this job is run with variant specific to FAX, if I go to OUTPUT tab of PO and click "Order and Send Immediately" then the output is generated. We want this to be automated with this report? please advice.
Thanks,
CS
Hello ,
Please also check ithe customizing table BBPC_ACTIONMAP.
Table BBPC_ACTIONMAP
Client BUSOBJECT EVENT_CATEG ACTION_CLASS ACTIVE
301 BUS2201 OUTPUT CL_BBP_ACTION_OUTPUT_PO ===> <===
In this entry, this class was not active. There should be an 'X' for
this entry at the end. This is the reason for the problem.
From this class only BBP_OUTPUT_PD_CREATE is called. As this class was
not active the FM is not called and no output is generated.
Whereas, in case of 'ORDER AND SEND IMMEDIATELY', directly the FM
BBP_OUTPUT_PD_CREATE is called. So, you could get the output.

Hello,
Once you trigger a FAX, an entry is produced in t-code SOST (with status
as 'waiting'). then you trigger the entry from SOST. The system creates entries in t-code sp01 (with Device Type set as LP01).
Would you please check if the entries are generated correctly ?
If the entries are there , but not issued via Fax , it is quite possible a BC problem under component BC-SRV-COM
