Activity Activation getting stuck

Hello,

I checkedin and tried to Activate a Activity...but it shows a status of Processing which never gets Completed...we faced this issue earlier and restarted the NWDI server but everytime we cannot restart it....what causes this to happen at regular intervals after some period of time...

Any help would be highly appreciated.

That means that the CBS service is down.

Goto the nwa of the nwdi and start the service (or via Visual Administrator).
