PI 7.1 doesnu00B4t show DB02 history

Hi friends,

We have an NW PI 7.1 running on oracle 10.2.0.4 and AIX 6.1. I´am trying to view the Tablespace size history in TX:DB02 but when I view the table space detail layout in the tab of history, It shows me just the history by week and months but not for days.

I tried to refresh the space overview, but with the same results.

I check the saposcol and it is running.

Do you have any idea of this problem?

Thanks in advance.

Enrique.

Hi,

Take a look at Note 1002840 and ensure you have fulfilled all the conditions.

Best regards,

Thank you.

I executed the standar JOB SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR.

So now, I can see the space history completely, but when I see the job log, it shows:

<<

Job started

Step 001 started (program RSCOLL00, variant , user ID DDIC)

Database system not supported

SAPOSCOL not running (shared memory available)

Buffer statistics for piapppp transferred to MONI

Job finished

>>

I have read the sap note (it references to note Note 966631 - Contents of TCOLL table in SAP_BASIS 710)that Warren Wong gave me and it has some points about to "avoid" some reports registered in table TCOLL with reference to Oracle 10 and higher, these reports are obsolete to this DB level. My question is about if I have to delete these reports(RSORAHCL) from table TCOLL, in order to avoid errors when I execute the SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR log.

Thanks in advance

Enrique.

Hi Enrique Sanchez,

Reason - I am giving these steps because, I don't see any issue with either Background job to collect all your system statistic data and it's only the navigation i guess is the key here.

I presume you are doing like below

1. DB02

2. Choose Spaces->History->Table Size History

3. Choose the table in the right pane of the window

4. Either Click on 'Table Size History' button or choose 'Command-> Table Size History'

by default, this Table Size History shows data day wize.

I hope this helps you.

Regard

Sekhar

Can you check if programm RSCOLL00 is running?

maybe also check these notes:

Note 32050 - RSCOLL00: report runs infinitely, incomplete data

Note 48598 - Incomplete statistical data in performance monitor

Note 12103 - Contents of the TCOLL table
