Hi All,
when i try to install the Web Ui Certificates in STRUST i am getting the message mentioned below.
Cannot analyze certificate
Message no. TRUST009
Diagnosis
The certificate cannot be analyzed in the specified file format.

Check the format you are uploading...
binary or base64 , make sure the right settings is done on the first page.

The error clearly indicates the problem of incompatible formats of certificate being imported.
In addition to Nico's reply,
Pls check the format format of the certificates to be compatible in base 64 or binary formats.
If you are not sure, pls get your system admin to get the file converted in above formats.
