Does anyone else have the same issues when trying to navigate this site? We pay for support, yet it is almost impossible to find the proper place to put in a ticket. I EVENTUALLY find the right place but takes forever every time I log on to this site!!

You pay for support on SCN? Weird...I thought SCN was a free community with zero charging fees...so you might be talking about SAP Marketplace...but the fact is that this page got nothing to do with that page in term of management..

That is part of the "SAP experience".
SAP software and web sites are very powerful but ergonomics and user friendly user interfaces have always been their weak point (to say the least).
With time you get used to it...
