How to change Inspection plan from old to new one

Dear All,

we are creating process order here automatically Recipe group will select.

And the Inspection lot becomes "REL" Status, so if we go to QA02 it will not allow to change the Recipe group.

Please suggest where we can change the Inspection plan for the particular material from old to New.

Dear Don

If you the inspection lot is CRTD or REL stage then there is another method to attach a new routing group

1) Go to CO02 and enter

2) Menu Button Function > Read PP Master Data

3) A pop up will come for Yes / No, Say Yes,

4) Another pop will arrive, click on continue

5) Another pop up will appear > Make sure that the tick on New Routing and New BOM is available. Enter

6) Select the new group of routing and enter

7) order status will change to CRTD , Release and save it

The inspecion lot will automaticaly gets attached with new group

If these fields are active then click on the Task List/ Spec button and then on the sample tab on Sample

this will assign the new group

Meanwhile i will also run one cycle and let you know

Please again do the following things

this has to work

1) Go to QA02

2) Menu > INspection lot > Reset Sample

3) Enter & Save

check status of lot CRTD

4) QA02

5) Inspection specification > Assign task list by click on Task/ specification

6) Go to Sample, do the SAmple calculation

7) Save

😎 Check whehter lot status is REL

You can go to Qa02 > inspection specification > click on Task/ speclist & in Sample tab click on Sample and then save and refresh

My inspection lot In-process inspection lot [Insp Type 03]. I had tried with the steps but i could not able to change every thing comming grey.

Under Insp Specification Tab "Task List/Spec" and under Sample tab "Smpl" is active but other fields are grey mode.

Hi

Remember that the Creation date of master receipe must be prior to that of the creation of process order.

Also check the status of new created Master Recepe.

This will work in QA02 "Inspection specification"

Dear Don

if any confirmation for the order or any result recording done it wont allow you to reset the sample.

Only way to assign new inspection plan is to cancel the order and create a new one

I have cancel the process order confirmation, done QAC3 sampling has reseted.

And found that Inspection Lot with CRTD status, but i am not able to change the Recipe group/Inspection Plan for the inspection lot

Hi Don,

You can try using transaction QAC3 to reset the sample of the inspection lot, this will set the status of the lot back to CRTD. You can then manually do the task list assignment to the new task list required.

For the Process order partly it is has been delivered,

I am getting the error message "You have already recorded confirmations for the insp. lot"

i am not able to reset.
