Getting data of Users and their executed transcation

Dears,

We want to get data of in executed transcaions in 1 month with their users.

In STAD I found this information that is available for 1 month.

Please suggest,how can I fetch this data.

Hi Shivam,

as Ranjith posted ......this is the correct way to get this data.

You can drill down by double click on each user for a list of executed transactions.

Please note, there is only one level for drill down in ST03N.

So for correct data yoou are looking for you have to find the best view first.

There is no default way of getting this. A user may execute a lot of transactions, if everything would be logged your database size would increase exponentially.

Hi Shiv,

I don't think it is possible to get correct data until unless you configured audit logs.

That should give you exact details about users and the programs/Tcodes ran by the user.

Hi Shivam,

Please follow below mentioned procedure:

1. Execute ST03N

2. Switch to Expert Mode

3. Expand Workload and double on the month, for which you want the data

4. Expand User and Settlement Statistics --> User Profile

5. Here you can get the User wise data

You can get those data by configuring Security Audit in SAP as suggested by NICK.

Dear All,

I have one question for a similar requirement.

I want to see the User Profile data for last month (e.g.August)

I navigate through the same path as described by you.

ST03N- Expert Mode- Total (select period)-- User Profile (from analysis view)

even though I have selected One month period (August) ; I could see only the data for one week (1st August to 7th August)

Can you please advice how can I solve my purpose, if not this time but may be in future I should be able to see complete one month data.
