Error in personal information in ESS

Hi all

We have suceessfully configured ESS business package.But when i click on the personal information workset, i am unable to see any details.Instead i am getting the message <b>"There are no services in this area"</b>

Any configurations needed to rectify this error.

Points will be surely awarded for helpful answers.

Personal Information workset contain following services link

Address,

Bank Information

Family members/dependent

Personal data

now this service link u can find for R3 ECC

go through

spro->img->cross-application components->homepage framework->services->Assign Services to Subareas->Assign Services to Subareas (Find Entries)

now find the subarea key EMPLOYEE_PERSINFO_SUBPERSINFO

and look at assign service key short (table key)

u found following mapping (if not create the mapping)
