What is standard transport machanisim from dev to wuality

Dear All,

Please tel me how are you moving the TP request from dev to quality

Option

1. Sending to BASIS team to move it on quality server.

2. funsional consultant itself realise and move it through STMS.

Hi,

It depend on the server environment of DEV and Quality systems.

If it's another instance in same client, you can do SCC1 and get the TR request to the other client. All developments will automatically transfer.

Some time we have this, when you have one single client to do configurations and developments, where as you cannot maintain any data in that client. So you do the config there and do SCC1 to test it. But it's for development testing only.

From DEV to Quality, we always go by Releasing the TR from functional guy and ask Basis to transport it to Quality.

After the configuration Functional consultant will relase the request and sent to BASIS team to transport .
