Maintenance Transactions in Solution Manager gone

Dear support,

I have problem about "All Maintenance Transaction in Solution Manager gone"

When I try to create it again, it will show warning as below :

Status was reset by system

There is already a transaction for the systems of this product version

Please analyse this issues for me, Now I have to the transaction to approve the SAP Software before download.

Hi Pannee,

this message means, you already have a maintenance optimizer process for the same product and logical component opened. Please first complete this one. Then you should be able to open another one.

If I remember right, then this behavior is also changed with latest support packages.
