How to use BPO apporver determinator

Dear experts,

Do you know how can i setup the CUP so my requests can directly sent to the Business Process Owner? What are the configuration steps?

Hi Ricardo,

Create an initiator for the work-flow, select the attributes for which you want requests to be routed to the work flow. Then create a stage with "Approver Determinator" as BPO. Create a path and add the stage which you created to the path.

Hi,

I understand the workflow configuration process for cup, but i need to know how to get the bpo approver. I´ve configured the following scenario:

Type request: Change Request (add role)

1 stage for Role Owner

1 stage for the BPO.

The problem is that when the role Owner approve the request, the system not found the next approver. How the system determines the BPO? BPO are used only for Risk Workflows Scenarios? Can i get the BPO from the Role - Business Process.

Hi Ricardo,

Go to Configuration -> Roles -> Attributes -> Business Process to set up B.P. and BPO. This is what CUP will use to determine the Business Process and BPO for the approval.
