How to Recover MMC

Hi there

I have installed

1.Windows Server 2003

2.SQL server 2000 (DB)

3 ECC 5.0

All was working fine suddenly my mmc got corrupt.i dont know how to start mmc and services,

Can anybody tell me how to recover mmc or how to make it start ?

Hi,

Goto your sap exe directory.

find the exe as sapstartsrv.exe

double click on exe and you will prompt user input.

give neccesary input and click on OK

it will register the service.

Once done above step, try to start MMC , now everything should work fine.

Hi ,

startsap name=<sap system id> nr=<sap system no.>

ie.

startsap name=PRD nr=00

create a new shortcut on your desktop and give out this "Target":

C:\WINDOWS\system32\MMC.EXE "C:/WINDOWS\SAPMMC.MSC"
