Error-Deficit of Delivered Quantity - M7328

During return delivery of material via delivery we are getting the error u201CDeficit of delivered quantityu201D (Message M7 328). Although stock is present in the required storage bin and is unrestricted type. It has worked with other ODu2019s but this delivery has got stuck.

What are the reasons when this error occurs

Hi

Please check the Storage Location Determination and shipping point determination

when you create Return order for the Return material might be system could not able to find proper Storage Location for the return goods

Hi

While taking a return delivery it doesn't make any seance for deficit of stock because you are not issuing any thing from you stock.That might be reason that you post the document in accounting.

But I am not sure that might be a reason or not.
