'Delete' option should not be available, from where to restrict/Hide this 'Delete' button.

Hello,

In WD Java on the portal side you can use global personalisation to hide the button. This is done via the PCD, first preview the page or iview, then control-right-click on the screen element that you want to change. The personalisation menu will pop up - you will then be able to hide the button. Don't forget to diable the end user personalisation for the element (I think it's a check box on the same popup).

I've heard that this is also possible but in a slightly different way in WD ABAP, don't know the details unfortunately.

In ESS

Not quite sure if button can be hidden. But can be restricted thru authorization

In R/3

Button can be hidden thru authorization

In ESS, you are in WD Java or WD ABAP?
