error with custom infotype

hi

we went upgradation from 4.6c to ECC 5.0 for our HR system.In the Upgraded version,i am facing an error witha custom infotype which is for 'Additional Employment data'.

when i am trying to run that infotype for a pernr in PA30,it goes to runtime error saying that 'Load Program is not found'.

Any help in this regard wud be appreciated.

when u create a infotype the system generates few system tables and i guess in ur new system one of those tables might b missing....like t588m and stuff like that....so the initialising or load program for ur custom infotype may not be ther....try creating it again...or maintain t588m table....

I would check the spau list. The program may have been deleted in the upgrade.

Also I would check in PM01 if the infotype exists. Often it is necessary to regenarate the includes:

PM01 type it number->Infotype->Generate Include

You can also generate any missing includes for the Custom Infotypes using RPUMS40CCI.
