T&E portal screen shows at the top

Its happening only to one user. When I the user clicks on create expense report button,

The entire T&E application shows at the top of the screen.

I am thinking it might be with internet setting, but couldn't find anything.

Did any one face this? If so, how did you resolve?

Solution - In our case, it has nothing to do with SAP settings..its with users windows profiles..we regenerated them and it solved these

I am not quite sure, but this happens in WD ABAP. Check the all the settings of the Iview of this 'Create Expense Report' page via content administration. You may compare the same with someone else for whom it is correctly coming
