ACC 7.1 - I cannot pull up the Adaptive computing tool

I am working on a fresh install of ACC 7.1 and need help. I followed the ACC 7.1 inst guide and successfully installed the java based system. Next, using the NW administrator I ran the "Netweaver initial setup" wizard and the "initial setup for adaptive computing controller" wizard. Both were successfull so I next assigned myself the ACC administrator roles. The next step in the configuration guide says to go to the ACC tool in the netweaver administrator under operations management, however I do not see the Adaptive computing tool anywhere. Has anybody seen this? What am I doing wrong?

Probleme solved by implementing SP Stack 9.

Tehn we can access ACC via the /acc alias.
