SBWP - object history

Hi,

We have users with items in object history folder within business workplace (SBWP). How do these entries get there and what do they represent? What table stores this data and how can we control whether it appears there or not?

SAP Note 49545 To delete workitems using reports RSWWWIDE and RSWWHIDE.
