Product catalog replication probelem

HI All,

In our SAP system the product catalog replication job is running successfully in Q, and when we check the system logs every thing shows in green, and it is showing as the replication completed succesfully. but the changes made to the articles are not transfering to web application.

The same replication programs are working fine in production, however not working in Quality after the refresh had been done, but all the RFC are proper and related to Q only.

Product catalog buffer is replicating to the TREX but how ever the changes made to the articles are not picking in the wab application.

Could any one please let me know what could be the cause of this issue and where we could check the configurations apart from SRMO and RFC's in Our SAP system.

Hi Malli,

I assume you are talking about a process flow like SRM_EXTRACTED_CTLG -> Master_Catalog -> Procurement Catalog

In this scenario, it seems you are mentioning that the data is transmitted correctly from the Source (SRM_SERVER Product Masters) to the SRM_EXTRACTED_CTLG, then into the Master_Catalog and onto the Procurement Catalog but the data contained in the Published version of the Procurement Catalog is incorrect?

If this is the case - first simple question. Have you republished the catalog?

Secondly, if the answer to that is Yes, then have you applied the following notes:

1232769 AP-CAT-AUT Deleted model information retained in CSE after full pubn.

1231427 AP-CAT-AUT Deleted view content retained in CSE after full publication

1154194 AP-CAT-AUT Deleted items persist in CSE after full publication
