When creating a support ticket from the Help > Create Support Message method the ticket is created, however the Reported By field does not populate.
Please advise why this would be happening and what solutions exist?

Hi,
Careate business partner for that respective user ids in solution managerusing t.code BP.
Now map that BP with your user id as follow.
Start T.Code BP
give the BP number.
In Identification TAB, maintain entry as follow.
ID Type -> CRM
Identification Number --> <SID> <Installation No> <Client> <User ID> e.x. C11 02246706 500 0101007User1
Now check this by creating new message from satellite system.
