I go to http://service.sap.com/rkt-solman and search again and again, but I cannot find any SIM file.

Would you please help tell which link to click?

use this

http://service.sap.com/rkt

then choose Solution Manager from left panel of menu

after selecting Solution Manager version Select Your Role from right side panel

guess this has changed in the past.

The innovation is,, that former free of charge Ramp up knowledge transfer leanring maps e.g solman is now 3 month free learning hub and then has to be bought?

awesome? Any1 knows why the solution manager learning maps at least aren't free of chargen any more?
