CUP - Cannot delete since referred in request data header

Hi,

I need to delete a a list of Prioritiy in CUP. CUP - Config. - Prioritiy.

When i select the Priority (RS_HIGH) and delete, there was a error message.

" Cannot delete since referred in request data header "

I have checked all the interloops... and this was not referred in any place.

What this error message prompts?? is that RS_HIGH referred in any place.?

Selva,

I think you have created some requests in CUP and one or more of those requests will have RS_HIGH selected in priority field. The only way to delete this information would be to actually delete old request data from the database.

If you are testing the system process and want to delete all of your requests, contact SAP to get scripts to clear the tables data.
