Convert Units of Measure - DS Planing Board

Hi Experts,

I need to convert the orders unit of measure from KG to PÇ (pieces) in the DS Planing Board. But when I mark an order and go to Edit , Convert Unit Of Measure and put PÇ the system says that "Conversion to unit of measure PÇ not possible".

I also try to flag the "Alternative Unit" at the Maintain Planning Board Profile but didn't work.

We have in the Product Master Data of the product the conversion from KG to Pieces.

So why I can't make done this conversion?

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Hi,

Please check the Planning Area UOM is mapped to PC alternative UOM.
