while creating s.order, iam getting a error " Plant xxxx is not assigned to a controlling area". CAn u pls guide me...

Hello,

You must be know that there is no direct assignment for Plant to Controlling Area. So the assignment has to be made in respect to company code. Kindly make the following assignment and after configuring retest the scenario once again.

1 T. Code : OX19 - Company Code to Controlling Area.

2 T. Code : OX18 - Plant to Company Code.

Hi,

I believe you activated the CONTROLLING AREA ,

Please check wheher the COMPANY CODE was assigned to the CONTROLLING AREA in the OX19

Also check the Plant and the COMPANY CODE assignment in OX18

please revert back if it doesnt help

Assign controlling are to company code & check your plant is asigned to company code by OX18.

Kapil, both the assignment have be done.

Pls search in forum, you will get many threats related to this issue, If not found check with your FI/CO people.

There is no assignement with Plant and controlling area , Check in OKKP and below threads.
