CMR_CIN Fields as mandatory

Hi all,

How to configure for making CIN details fields of customer as mandatory such as LST no. Exc.Range,Division in CIN tab.

Hi

CIN tab in customer master is basically user specific, not an transaction specific. So there is no logic to maintain it mandatory for transaction, cause Customer master is centrally for all country and except india nowhere is CIN required..

We can not maintain it mendatory by Screen variant.

I was looking for making few fields of CIN tab as mandatory not the whole CIN tab as mandatory.

Is there a possibility?

Hi

Use the Screen Variant through Transaction SHD0. And it is possible to make the fields of CIN as Mandatory, I have tested the same.

In SHD0, use the Programme SAPLJ1I_MASTER and Screen 201.
