Not able to find product categories in SC

Hi,

i am working on restoring the settings after system copy.

i have performed all backened system setting,objects in backened setting and and as well as but still i am not able to see the product categories in SC.

If i shop then i am getting below error

No authorization to purchase from product category

for import of ECC master data viz matl masters & matl group ,SRM returns GUID.

Try to see whether the GUIDs are still matching.

If your systems are development systems and it is possible then you can delete prod cat masters & pull again from ECC

did you change the logical system of your product category which is pointing to old logical system?

report RHOMATTRIBUTES_REPLACE helps right to change

or give at position level for one product category. you can procure that pg.

i have performed that step manually where ever it is applicable(In config and Org structure)

i was trying to create a SC with describe reqirement and i ahd this problem

is there any thing that we have to check in in CRM settings like SMOEAC

First confirm me

in Extended attribute your Product categories are poing to old logical system?

if it so then only you need to execute this report for PRCAT /old logical system /new logical system and replace

In extended attributes it is pointed to new logical system only

add product category /logical system

and go to describe procurement

now you should procure the newly added product category.

we have setting in extended attribute as 5* logical system and 6* logical system

still i am not able to get atleast one product category for shopping.

Hi,

Have you executed R3AS for DNL_CUST_PROD0 and PROD1 after the system copy?

If not, please run those. Before running, better to execute the transaction BDLS once as without running this, you will end up with logical system issues.

i have checked the table COMM_PRCAT it is referring the logical system from which we have performed the system copy.

how can we change this logical system.

can we perform this through SMOEAC?

it would have changed while doing bdls by BASIS

my question to you that in your pposa_bbp -in your position how many product category you inherited . if you have any thing inherirt then only you can do describe procurement for that product category.

Issue is solved by executing bdls

i have inherited all product categories.i am able to perform the SC process.

But funny thing here is still still BBP_ATTR_VALUE_T table is showing values with the logical system(which we have done system copy)

basis team is workin on this
