'Add Catalog Item' in Limit Item Confirmation

Hi All,

We are implementing SRM 4.0 with CCM 2.0.

For the Services Limit Item in Confirmation, SRM allows the user to add catalog item(s) that are designated as services from the CCM catalog.

So, when I am tring to go to CCM catalog from the Limit item, search and add a catalog item from the catalog, the system throws the following error when an item is added:

"I:BBP_PDH_LIMIT:009 0000001339 Loopback licence pack – 1000: Annual Su". This error shows up in a standard Intenet explorer pop-up window. This is not an SRM check error.

1) Can some one help me resolve this error? What is the cause of this?

2) Also, how is it possible to turn off the "Add Catalog Item" feature in the Confirmation transaction for Services Limit Item?

Hi Hari

See first check that is there any limit maintained either in

1 Organisatin Structure which has got over or

2 In a contact for service as services usally have annual contracts.

3 whether the GR is already done for the Po and the Qty had got exhausted..

For Second point we can disable or enable the buttons through modifying the templates

Follow the route --

right Click on the Confirmation screen where you want to disable the button and go to view source a check for the Template in SE80 -- BBPCF01 for confirmation and in the templates mark a comment to the button code .

This will disable the Add Catalog Item button.

Modify the Standart Templates just keep a back up in case required.
