Hi Friends

If supplier is unable to submit all items at once, do we have PO splitting at SUS side along with diff delivery dates if supplier is unable to submit total qty at once.

How to monitor the all the changes made to a document by buyer. Do we have version control in std

Are there any Std reports bet MM-SUS and viceversa

Hi Andrew,

The vendor can accept the PO quantity partally or can also change the delivery date. However this will trigger the PO Change process and buyer has to send back the changed PO again if th buyer is ok with it. It is not possible to directly split a line into multiples lines. the only option available for the vendor is to change the price,quantity and delivery date.

Yes, there is historial versions available on SUS PO.

I dont thnk that there any standard reports bwteen MM and SUS.

For detailed reporting in SUS you will have to make use of BI (BW)

RPODDELVRY is used to send the GR information from ECC to SUS
