HI Andrew,
The PO acknowledge flows from SUS to PO based on the actions of the vemdor and is updated on MM side .
The cnanages made to the PO by the buyer goes as PO change document to SUS and is visible to the vendor.

Hello,
Changes to the extent allowed for the Dates and the Qtys for example will reflect in the Confirmations Tab of the PO after the Variance POR is registered in the PO in ERP.
The buyer has to verify the same and make necessary chnages in the PO and order again in which case the PO in SUS has again the status set to "In Process" and the Vendor can once again confirm the POR.
Pls beware of the Conf Control key settings for the Tolerances which will end up in the failure of the POR idoc in the ERP if the variance by the supplier lies out side the Tolerances
Cheers,
Nagarajan
