Display Subform content in one Content Area

Hi all,

I have 2 content area in a master page. I define them as 2 columns in a page. How can I set the subform content to display only on 1 content area. In this case, I want a left content area to display the content of subform.

The problem is the content is running on both of content area. Please help me out of this.
