Dear sir

post production inspection and in process inspection for in house production , i have master data like MIC, INSPECTIONPLAN , SELECTED SETS , CODES , CODEGROUPS, But when iam doing results recording , inthis sceen RSULTS colum is appaearing

GRAY, so iam unabale to give results inths screen.

pl tell me how to over come this problem&Wher idone mistake

Give us all the detial pertaining to the MIC (control indicators) , Sampling procedure used , Routing ( inspection point )

The default setting should be Single values and summarised results (default)

Seems no issue with master data. Can you kindly check whether any authorisation issue is there. have you simulated this issue in any other client. is it the same issues there

Also check what is the default setting kept in the result recording screen. RR screen > setting> user setting > default values recording view

Please confirm this

1) You are refering to 03 inspection type

2) Double click on the MIC short text in the result recording screen , it will take you to details screen. is the field here also grey

3) Also please check in the routing whether there is any error. There is a check option and if there is any error please let us know

May be the MIC is meant for Single Results Recording...that's why it's greyed out in the initial screen. Update results by double clicking on the MIC...

if its single recording it shold allow me to as persampling procedure, but it should not be gayed.

for external procurement iam not faceing this problem, only in inhouseproduction inspection , if iclick on result no issue,its working fine.

Which T code you are using.?/?

Have you checked for authorization.may be you can check in SU53 after running code.??

Also check that for inspection tyep in QM view have you clicked on "Check char"

iam useing qa32 from this iam doing all the process for inspection like results recording, defict recording , stock posting, ud.

in qe51 n also iam faceing same problem , results colum is grey, iam unable to record the results .

check box isalso ticked in inspection type.

Please check in Control Indicators of MIC whether you have marked Measured Values indicator or not. It should be marked.

PLZ. Check if there is any dmr in inspection plan.

may be characteristics are skipped so it is showing grey color

also check status if characteristics, check whether they are locked ?
