Difference between MI 2.5 and MI 7.0

Hi,

Is there any difference between MI 2.5 and MI 7.0?

I understand in MI 7.0, ABAP sync service and NW Admin has been introduced. But even with MI 2.5 SP18 onwards, ABAP sync service and NW Admincan be used. So If MI 2.5 SP19 is being currently used, is there any point in upgrading to MI 7.0.?

Hi Amandeep,

There is no major difference between MI 2.5 & MI 7.0. The code is more or less the same. Only difference is syncservlet is not supported in 7.0 (only ABAP sync service).
