Dear all,
I do have a problem to log to a SOLUTION :
1. I start DSWP transaction
2. I choose a "SOLUTION.
3. I have to re-enter my user and pwd.¨
I have created the external alias "/sap/bc/solman/defaultUser".
I start DSWP again ang I get the following error :
URL http://solman.cie.etat.lu:8080/sap/bc/solman/defaultUser/graphic/solmangraphic.htm call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.
Any idea ?
Thanks
Best regards
Pascal
Bonjour Pascal,
Es tu sur d'avoir bien activé tous les bons services dans la sicf.
Les paramètres de SSO sont'ls bien configurés, le host full name aussi.

Hi Pascal,
I am also facing the same problem. I have implemented a SNote according to the Note which you have suggested and changed the log in details for the external alias for defaultuser. Still it is giving me the same error. What could be the possible solution for this. can I overcome this if I implement SP21 ? I have verified the SSO certificate on ABAP stack of solution manager, every thing is fine.
Thanks,
Ramu.
Hello Ramu,
You have to create an external alias in SOLMAN. Please read OSS Note 834832, point 3.
1. Start SICF transaction
2. Click on F8 (execute)
3. Click on External alias
4. Select "Default host" in "Virtuelle Host / Services"
5. Then - click on F5 (Create a new External Alias)
6. Enter : /sap/bc/solman/defaultuser as External Alias
7. Description : what you wante
8. Select then "Logon Data" tab
In this tab : Enter a client - user - pwd (be careful, after some tests, my user were locked !!!)
9. Select "Trg Element"
/default_host/sap/bc/solman/defaultUser
10. Save
Then, when you start your DSWP transaction, you select your SOLUTION and all systems belonging to the SOLUTION appears,
whithout having to re-login again.
Best regards
Pascal
