Custom Text Type is not Appearing in the Overview Tab

When I add text to my new text type it gets saved, but not in the top portion on the overview tab. I have to look at the Log in order to see it. I need to be able to see it in the top section with my description and replies. I've looked at every thread on this subject but haven't found a documented resolution. I added a custom text type for my Service Desk scenario. Here is what I have already done

- Defined the Text Type in SPRO under CRM_ORDERH

- Placed the value 'P' for this new text type

- Assigned that Text type to the Text Determination Procedure

- Assigned the Text Determination Procedure to my Transaction Type

- Added auth CRM_TXT_ID value '*'

- Confirmed that the action SLFN0001_ADVANCED_UPDATE_DNO is active and scheduled automatically

Any idea what else is missing>?

Awesome. I was missing the setting in DNO_CUST01. This thread should be a good config guide for creating new text types E2E.
