regarding onUnload

Hi,

In my BSP application I needed to do server side event on closing the browser. I did this by using onUnload event. But onUnload is triggered even when a pop-up comes.

So I used onUnload in the topmost frame where no pop-up is triggered. But now that my BSP application is to be integrated into EP, i cannot use frames anymore. So,how can I resolve this matter ?

Is there any way I can trigger onUnload at the closing of browser but not trigger onUnload when I navigate to another page or call a pop-up? Please help me out.

why did you come to such conclusion? you can use BSPs with frames as an BSP iview in portal.
