Assignement for External Systems

Hello!

I'm shocking in bellow trouble!

I've configured well internal sending messages, i.e. from solman to solman service desk! It works very well: all attributes assigned (iBase #, Sold-to Party, Reported by).

BUT when I'm trying to send from External system (PI) I've got a problem: iBase #, Sold-to Party, Reported by are blank!

Help me out please!

My BP has identification credentials like

CRM001 External System Identifier PIX <instnumb> 100 UserID

CRM001 External System Identifier SMD <instnumb> 100 UserID

I also checked PIX's information into iBase and added Sold-to Party ID in PIX's partner.

My BP role is Employee (but as I know it doesn't influenced on my trouble).

Now it seems that this problem in different releases of SolMan and PI.

SOLMAN has EHP1 and SPS21, but NetWeaver (PI) has version 710. On old ERP system messages are processing well.
