Integration Builder errors with SAP PI 7.11

Hello experts,

I encouter some strange errors while opening several Integration Builder components:

Integration Directory

"JAR resources in JNLP file are not signed by same certificate"

SLD

HTTP 404 - not found

Error: Not Found

Troubleshooting Guide https://sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/wiki?path=/display/jsts/home

Details: No details available

Services Registry

Same error as SLD

Netweaver Administrator

Same error as SLD

Please advise.
