Hi!
I'm using a dropdownbyindex component on my WDA view. It has more than 4000 lines to choose from, and it's performance is very poor, I have to wait more than 20 seconds after each click.
Does it worth it to use dropdownbykey insead of it, or will it be the same slow?
Is there anything faster WDA component to handle more than 4k entries? I'm using it to choose 1 person from the whole company's employee mass... If possible not with the inputfield with F4 help...
Thanx
Tamá

Hi, According to guidelines if dropdown netries exceed 30 items then you should use the F4 help .i.e OVS, IWD Free , Search help.
It would be very dificullt for user to get value from dropdown while with search help you have facility of some search parameters.
Thanks,
Rahul
