Mobile client not appearing after installation on Mobile Device

Hi Friends,

I followed these steps for Installing SAP MI 7.1 Client on my mobile device with windows 5.0 OS.

1.Installed Crème cab file

2.Installed MINDB cab file

3.Installed pda_runtime_wince.cab

4.Installed pda_eswt_container.cab

Then I restarted the PDA.

After that when I started SAP netweaver Client on my mobile Device .It shows "Loading Creme..." then "Creme is starting ..." and after a half minute there is nothing.

It goes blank. I have tried the workarrounds provided in certain threads but of no use.

I tried reinstalling and restarting but again of no use.

The Contents of JSCPOUT.txt file are :-

Please Suggest.

Hi,

As suggested in the other thread pls try with lhe latest patch of 7.1 Sp08 available on SAP service market place.

Also make sure before installing that all prev installations related to SAP Netweaver 7.1 Mobile are removed.

Hi Nitesh,

Please try reinstalling the client after restarting the device. Before reinstalling, uninstall the previous client.

If you are not specific about the DB, you can use DB2E cab instead of MinDB cab.

Which version of the client you are using? If it is an older version, you can use the latest version of the mobile client.
